Exclusions: Human‑induced damage, stretching, chemical corrosion, abnormal wear, or loss.
Paid Services: Refinishing/polishing, heavy‑plating, stone replacement, structural repairs, etc.
How to Request: Provide order number + issue description + clear photos/videos → assessment & quote → repair timeline & return instructions.
