If we discover an error, we may correct it and either contact you or cancel the order with a refund.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product under these Terms. We may accept or reject any order. International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and additional fees.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Prices shown may exclude taxes and duties. You are responsible for any applicable VAT/GST, sales taxes, import duties, and brokerage fees unless we offer and you select a pre‑paid option.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Resizing

Please review our Shipping & Returns policy for full details. In summary:

• Ready‑to‑wear items in original, unworn condition may be returned within 15 days of delivery (unless a longer period is required by local law).

• Custom, engraved, or modified items are final sale except for manufacturing defects.

• One complimentary resize within 60 days for eligible styles (±2 US sizes; exclusions apply).

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
  Your statutory rights are not affected where applicable.

7. Custom Orders & Engravings

For bespoke designs or engravings, you represent that you have the right to use any content you provide and that it does not infringe third‑party rights. We may refuse content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates these Terms. Minor variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of jewelry.

8. Warranty & Repairs

We provide a 365‑day craftsmanship warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship (e.g., setting integrity, soldering). The warranty excludes normal wear, scratches, loss/theft, chemical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. For repairs, contact support for evaluation and an RMA. Additional paid services may be offered (e.g., refinishing, heavy plating, stone replacement).

9. User Content & Reviews

You may post reviews, photos, or other content ("User Content"). You grant JOILY a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the Services and our marketing. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you own it or have permission to grant this license.

We may moderate, edit, or remove User Content at our discretion.

10. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, software, and other content are owned by JOILY or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Services except as expressly permitted.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Services for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems; (c) interfere with the security or operation of the Services; (d) use bots or scraping without our prior written consent; (e) submit false orders or chargebacks; (f) infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

12. Third‑Party Services & Links

The Services may contain links to third‑party websites or integrations (e.g., payment gateways, analytics, social media). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

13. Gift Cards, Promotions & Coupons

Gift cards and promotional codes are subject to the specific terms provided at issuance. Promotions may be modified or terminated at any time. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, or US$100, whichever is greater. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JOILY and our affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your User Content.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, government actions, utility failures, or network/hosting disruptions.
